NC State Goodnight Scholars Program

The Goodnight Scholarship is $20,000 per year and renewable for up to four years for first-year students. In addition to the scholarship, Goodnight Scholars have access to an assortment of developmental programming focused on their professional and personal growth.

The Goodnight Scholars Program, NC State University's premier scholarship for low- and middle-income North Carolina high school STEM students, is turning to you to help identify talented students for its Class of 2023!

Take a look around your school and ask yourself if the statements below remind you of your students:

  • Exceptional academic performance, particularly in advanced math and science coursework.
  • Affinity for STEM demonstrated through extracurricular involvement or research.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to community service and civic engagement.
  • Serves as a role model and leader in the community.
