Duke Eye Center 51 Week Certificate Program:

Now Accepting Applications for the January 2019 Session!
The Duke Ophthalmic Technician Program is an affordable, accelerated 51-week certificate program sponsored by Duke University School of Medicine with tremendous advantages and career advancement opportunities. All high school graduates interested in an allied health career are encouraged to apply.
Deadlines to apply:
November 9, 2018 – Financial Aid   
December 1, 2018 – All Others

More than 90% of our graduates have found an Ophthalmic Technician position within one month of graduation, many committing to positions prior to graduation. Certification in this field is internationally recognized, and provides a strong foundation for a variety of opportunities and careers in ophthalmology.
